Experienced Tile Installer / Remodel Specialist
Location: Southwest Florida (Naples-area jobsites)
Type: Full-time (W2 or 1099)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Driver’s license required
What You’ll Do
Install tile for bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring projects
Handle remodel tasks including prep, demo, and finishing
Ensure high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
Work independently and as part of a crew to meet project deadlines
What You Bring
Proven experience in tile installation and remodel work
Ability to provide references or examples of past work
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and teamwork

Support crew members and contribute to team goals

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Willingness to learn, take direction, and work hard
Ability to lift/carry construction materials
Positive attitude and reliability are a must
